Due to the nature of the formal wear industry, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Request Authorization
Email our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Item
Securely pack the garment in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Send the item back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Store Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a store credit code will be issued to your email within 5 business days.
